Every time I started a new conversation I would spend the first few messages explaining my project, my stack, my preferences. I just assumed that was normal.
Then I set up an Agent Skill with all of that context baked in, and the difference was immediate.
if others had the same realisation late, or if there is an even better way to handle persistent context I have not discovered yet.
