I saw the announcement that Agent Skills is now an open standard, but I am a developer just getting started with agents, and I am not sure what this means in practice.
Does it mean Skills built for one platform will work on others? Does it affect how I should structure the agents I am building right now?
Trying to understand if this is a big deal or mostly relevant for larger teams.
